As you would expect from a property of this nature, the villa is finished to a very high specification. The floor finishes are parchment limestone and solid oak in the two master suites, with granite cobble stones in the wine cellar.
The bathrooms are finished with top of the range designer suites from the Philip Starck collection. This includes a stunning infinity bath in the master en suite, which benefits from incredible views over the lake and as far as Africa. The master shower room has the amazing rain sky module by Dornbracht. All 5 double size showers have matt snow white marble floors and the 3 guest en suite showers have solid oak decking. The bathroom fittings are the MEM range from Dornbracht.
The Creston 'domotica' computerised system controls the lighting, heating, cooling, stereo, etc throughout the property.
The Villa has its own natural spring water well that supplies the entire Villa, the swimming pool and all the irrigation systems for the gardens, with plenty to spare as the well is capable of pumping 25,000 litres per day.
The property is also connected to town water supply, but has never been used to date. Hence NO WATER BILLS!
